Complaints.. Complaints can be added to a support request or created as individual requests. The process for registering a complaint is the same as registering a support request. Additional complaint details can be entered on completion. You can switch this function off using Admin > Global Preferences.

PSC Coordinator Activity.. Record the type of activity undertaken by each registered PSC user for each support request. Records number of hours spent and the date and type of activity. You can switch this function off using Admin > Global Preferences.

Referral forwarding.. PSSPs can now forward their support referrals on to another PSSP. This may be useful if they cannot provide the support and know who to refer it on to. You can switch this function off using Admin > Global Preferences.

Bulk Emails with attachement.. You can now send emails with a file attachment. The form supports Word documents, jpg images, text files and PDFs. There are still some issues with Excel files.

Crisis support.. A support request can be escalated into a crisis support request. This can be achieved by clicking the '!' icon on the 'Request Summary' page.

This option can be turned off. It has been turned off by default for most PSCs. If you want to turn on Crisis access, select Admin > Global Preferences from the top menu.

Bulk Emails. You can now send emails through PSC Online. It can be done in two ways:

  • Select Emails from the top menu. Enter the details into the form and press Send Email.
  • Select Emails from the top menu, and then click Select a List of Services/Organisations to Receive An Email from just below that. Narrow your search using the Advanced Search and press GO. Email addresses for the organisations selected will be entered into the email address field of the Email form. Complete the form as before (an email will be send to you with a name of the services that have received the email).

File attachments to bulk emails will be added soon.

Global Preferences. You can now switch off Quotes, and vary the number of referrals/services displayed on one page. Click Admin from the top menu to modify Global Preferences. Quotes have been turned off my default. If you want to use quotes, please change this option to Yes in your Global Preferences.
